REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products, including music licenses and audio files, are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be issued once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded.

By purchasing digital content from Kaz, you acknowledge that:
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase
- You waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling off period" for digital content once delivery has begun
- All sales are final and non-refundable

EXCEPTIONS
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances at our sole discretion:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)

To request a refund for one of the above exceptions, contact us at kaz@kazmakesmusic.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
